Lewis-Burke Associates has provided a report on the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation within the Department of Defense's notice of funding opportunity for the FY23 Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program (DMCSP). The DMCSP is designed to spearhead long-term investments in “critical skills, facilities, research and development, and small business support” to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and national security in designated defense manufacturing communities.
