The Department of Defense (DOD) is hosting an Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) Opportunities Workshop and Intern Symposium on July 10-11, 2025, at the Crystal Gateway Marriot in Arlington, Virginia. This event intends to bring together faculty, students, and institutional stakeholders to explore DOD research and workforce development opportunities through presentations, panels, and networking sessions. Attendees will gain insight into DOD programs, learn how to prepare competitive proposals and applications, and discuss how institutional research efforts can align with the President’s Executive Orders and DOD priorities. This is also an opportunity for IHEs to connect with DOD program staff and agency representatives.
