Funding Opportunity: NSF Releases Solicitation for Mathematical Foundations of Digital Twins

Lewis-Burke Associates has provided campus with a report about NSF's solicitation for Mathematical Foundations of Digital Twins Program (MATH-DT) which will support foundational mathematical and statistical research on Digital Twins in applied sciences to support decision-making for societal challenges.  This solicitation includes the Division of Mathematical Sciences (DMS) in the Directorate for Mathematical and Physical Sciences (MPS), and the Division of Civil, Mechanical and Manufacturing Innovation (CMMI) in the Directorate for Engineering (ENG) at NSF, and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR).  NSF plans to make 6-10 awards, with total funding of up to $5 million.  Proposals are due June 20, 2024.
