The Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) has announced the FY25 Directors' Research Initiative (DRI)(link is external), centered around "Energy for Agility." This funding opportunity seeks to advance cutting-edge research in energy science to support the development of agile, next-generation technologies. AFOSR aims to revolutionize energy generation, mobile energy storage, and power distribution to enhance capabilities for Air and Space systems.
