The National Science Foundation’s Directorate for Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (NSF TIP) has released its Workforce Development Roadmap (Roadmap), outlining the Directorate’s strategy to build a future-ready, innovation-driven U.S. workforce in emerging technologies. The Roadmap identifies three strategic goals and aligns them with three corresponding areas of potential investment. These investment areas highlight TIP’s likely focus for future initiatives and funding opportunities.
NSF TIP is now seeking input on how to strengthen the Roadmap to reflect the needs of local communities and industry partners. Respondents may provide feedback to the Request for Information (RFI) on any of the six questions in the Workforce Development Roadmap form until January 15, 2025.
